By accessing and using the Fahavi Computers website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All products listed are subject to availability. Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and may change without prior notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cash. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or payment cannot be verified.

4. Delivery

We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi CBD for orders placed before 2 PM. Delivery timelines for other areas may vary. Delivery fees apply based on location.

5. Warranty

All products come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fahavi Computers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
