RTX 3070 Ti Gaming Performance

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 8GB handles Warzone, Cyberpunk 2077, Forza Horizon 5, EA Sports FC and other AAA titles at high settings, including at QHD resolution. Ray tracing and DLSS help visuals and frame rates in supported games. It also speeds up video exports in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, Blender renders and streaming with NVIDIA’s encoder.

Intel Core i7-12700H Processor

The Intel Core i7-12700H (12th Gen, 14 cores / 20 threads, up to 4.7GHz) keeps frame rates steady and handles streaming, Discord, Chrome and editing apps in the background. It is also strong for engineering, programming and design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Visual Studio.

16.1-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) Display

The 16.1-inch QHD (2560 x 1440), 165Hz screen refreshes 165 times per second, so fast games look smooth and responsive compared with a standard 60Hz laptop. The QHD resolution is noticeably sharper than Full HD for games, photos and documents.

16GB DDR5 RAM and 512GB SSD

16GB of memory runs modern games, streaming and multitasking smoothly. The 512GB SSD gives fast boot and loading; ask us about adding or upgrading storage if you keep a large game library.

Getting the Best Gaming Performance

For full performance, game with the charger connected and set the power mode to Performance in the HP, Lenovo, Dell or ASUS control app. Keep NVIDIA drivers updated through GeForce Experience or the NVIDIA App, use the laptop on a hard surface so the fans can breathe, and consider a cooling pad for long sessions in warm weather. An external monitor via HDMI or USB-C turns it into a desktop-style gaming setup.
