Light Work Made Simple

The SSD makes it start and open apps quickly. It handles Word, Excel, email, Google Docs, browsing and online meetings one or two at a time, which is all many shopkeepers, receptionists and first-time laptop users need.

Slim, Business-Grade Build

The Folio 1040 was HP's premium thin business laptop, with a slim metal design and a comfortable keyboard that is easy to carry to work or class.

Why the HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G2 Price in Kenya Is Good Value

It is one of the most affordable ways to own a genuine HP EliteBook with an SSD and Windows 11 Pro installed, with a 6-month warranty.

Who Should Buy the HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G2?

  • Small shops and receptionists for typing and email
  • First-time laptop users on a tight budget
  • Parents buying a basic laptop for a child
  • Offices needing a spare machine for simple tasks

Good to Know Before You Buy

  • 4GB RAM suits one or two apps at a time; it slows down with many browser tabs.
  • The 5th Gen processor is not on Microsoft's official Windows 11 list. Windows 11 Pro is installed and works, but future major updates are not guaranteed.
  • For school or office work you plan to do for years, an 8th Gen or newer laptop is a better long-term buy.

Tested Before Sale

Every unit is checked before it leaves our shop: we power it on, confirm the specs match this listing, and test the display, keyboard, touchpad, ports, Wi-Fi, speakers and camera. You are welcome to test it yourself in our shop before you pay.
